The role focuses on coordinating and developing strategic commercial projects to increase sell-out, optimize distribution and accelerate brand growth in international markets.ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement commercial projects for the development of English and European markets.Support the sales network in selecting target customers.Analyze point-of-sale performance.Monitor commercial KPIs and propose corrective actions.Develop positioning strategies.QualificationsAnalytical ability regarding sell-out, turnover and profitability.Strong coordination skills across internal and external teams.At least three years of sales or business?development experience, preferably in fashion or footwear.Excellent English language skills.Will readiness to travel.Location & RemunerationLocation: Fermo (FM).
Salary: €35,**,000 per annum.
Contract: direct recruitment, potentially permanent.
