Within the "Operation" Directorate, MBDA Italia SpA is looking for a "Mechanical Manufacturing Authority".
Required Qualification : Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Minimum grade: NA Professional experience ( indicate the type of experience required and the minimum and maximum years of experience ) In-depth knowledge of chip removal machining (turning and milling), electro-erosion, manual and automatic mechanical testing.
Knowledge and use of specific applications such as: CATIAv5 (v6 preferred), Autocad.
Knowledge of Metrology elements and standard reference regulations Knowledge of materials and their physical-chemical characteristics Experience gained in precision mechanical production companies is a preferential title Activities foreseen for the role : During the production line/process set-up phase Technical support to the hierarchical manager for make or buy distribution hypothesis attribution hypothesis to make work centers load estimation and cost estimation (man-hours/machine-hours)



rough planning for line set-up and validation Know-how acquisition and concurrent engineering (producibility assessment) Technical support for the formulation of the industrialization plan Process set-up starting from the prototypical or production documentation, methodizing the machining and testing process by creating the most appropriate work cycle, estimating the times and costs of realization, designing or specifying the necessary equipment, defining the tool lists, developing the part programs directly in the CATIA environment, defining the testing methods and criteria, and drafting the Manufacturing data package Validation (make and buy: workshop, facilities and tools, processes and procedures, definition of skills,...) and issuance of the Validation Dossier During the series production phase Support production lines for the management of non-conformities through Definition of recovery actions (where applicable) Analysis and identification of root causes Definition of corrective actions; Identify different and/or innovative methods, procedures and tools with the aim of improving production processes by intervening on the reduction of production costs, lead times and non-quality costs Evaluation of variant requests, technical proposals and related planning/budgeting Professional
