As a First Officer, you will ensure the safe, efficient, and on-time operation of Air Dolomiti flights, upholding our safety culture and service promise while supporting sustainability and cost-conscious decision‑making.

- Prepare, conduct, and complete flights in full compliance with company SOPs, applicable regulations, and Lufthansa Group standards.
- Collaborate closely with the Captain, cabin crew, ground operations, and ATC to deliver a seamless passenger experience.
- Exercise sound operational judgment and proactive decision‑making in dynamic environments.
- Champion a strong safety mindset, continuous learning, and professional development.
- Contribute positively to a respectful, diverse, and growth-oriented team culture.





- Minimum 2,000 flight hours in commercial airline operations within a multi-crew cockpit on CS-25 certified aircraft in CAT.
- EASA Part-FCL ATPL(A), or CPL(A)/IR with ATPL theory credit.
- MCC certificate and Advanced UPRT (FCL.745) completed.
- Valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- English proficiency of at least ICAO Level 4.
- EU citizenship or an unlimited EU residence and work permit.
- Passport with unrestricted validity; non-EU passport holders must meet any applicable entry conditions.
- Strong decision‑making, leadership potential, teamwork, and the motivation to begin or continue your First Officer career with Air Dolomiti.
