This is a direct placement position (also offers permanent contract) offering annual salary ranging from €34,000 to €40,000 based on experience.
Responsibilities
Digest and coordinate production activities to ensure adherence to production scheduling.
Supervise and coordinate approximately 50 operational staff, working with three colleagues and reporting directly to the plant director.
Develop and support continuous improvement initiatives and skill development of operators.
Ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to resolve anomalies of automated machines.




Verify proper management of waste materials and oversee plant cleaning and washing.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years' experience in the same role.
Strong problem‑solving skills.
Good interpersonal and relational skills.
Availability to work day shifts and on a three‑shift schedule, including overtime as required.
Secondary school diploma or equivalent IFTS certificate.
