Responsabilità

- Identify and prioritize AI opportunities with stakeholders
- Gather and document business requirements via interviews, workshops, and reviews
- Translate needs into functional/technical specs for AI solutions
- Conduct cost-vantaggi analyses and define KPIs to measure value
- Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, IT teams, and vendors




- Support AI delivery using platforms like Microsoft Azure AI (data prep, validation, governance)
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI, data governance, and privacy laws
- Serve as liaison among business, technical teams, and external vendors
- Drive change management and support user adoption through training and communication
- Maintain project documentation and contribute to process optimization and AI governance

Requisiti fondamentali

- 4+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably in energy or industrial sectors
- 2+ years on AI/ML projects
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data lifecycle, and cloud platforms
- Familiarity with Power BI, Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence
