Main tasks

- analyze the intermediary's risk position using asset liability management and liquidity risk management techniques.
- support the creation of economic, financial and patrimonial projections with proprietary tools.
- define and monitor kpis for business performance and risk position.
- assess the economic value of banking business units, portfolios and apply value based management and raroc models.
- contribute to risk reporting and to the internal capital adequacy assessment process (icaap), recovery plan and stress test analysis.

Education & experience

- master’s degree in economics, finance or engineering.
- up to 1 year of experience in the banking sector.

Preferred knowledge

- preferred knowledge of econometrics, bank financial statements, accounting principles, risk‑management regulatory frameworks (baselii,



baseliii, international accounting principles).
- native italian and fluent english; additional foreign language is a plus.

Soft skills

- problem solving and result‑oriented attitude.
- excellent teamwork and communication skills, both verbal and written.
