Role overview join the h-farm college team as a lecturer in business strategy with ai. the role is part of the msc in artificial intelligence for business transformation and involves teaching a capstone-style module that integrates ai into strategic business transformation.key responsibilitiesdeliver engaging lectures, seminars and workshops on ai strategy, business model innovation and ai-driven transformation (36 teaching hours on-site).teach strategic foresight, scenario planning and frameworks for competitive advantage through ai.guide postgraduate students in ai maturity assessments, capability gap analysis and design of phased ai transformation roadmaps.cover ai governance, risk management, the eu ai act, gdpr and ai ethics.integrate real-world case studies, industry insights and guest speakers.collaborate with faculty and industry partners to keep the curriculum up-to-date.contribute to continuous improvement of teaching materials, course content and assessment methods.qualificationsenglish c1 level; teaching language proficiency.phd preferred or master's in strategic management, business administration, digital transformation,
