This role will contribute to creating a memorable guest experience, working closely with all hotel departments to deliver a seamless and consistent service. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliWelcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out, accurately handling procedures and payments. /liliProvide personalized reception services and escort guests to their rooms. /liliManage reservations using the PMS Protel system and dedicated platforms (including Passportscan). /liliCoordinate room service, shuttle, and guest handling services. /liliOrganize and monitor pre-arrivals, ensuring an optimal preparation for the guest’s stay.



/liliManage the switchboard and both internal and external communications. /liliActively collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth, top-tier service experience. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliDiploma or degree in hospitality, tourism, or languages. /liliAt least 3 years of experience in similar roles within luxury or 5-star hotels. /liliFluency in Italian and English is essential; knowledge of a third language (French or Spanish) is preferred. /liliExcellent computer skills, with proficiency in PMS Protel and document management systems (Passportscan). /liliProblem-solving skills, outstanding communication, and interpersonal abilities. /liliStrong customer orientation, flexibility, team spirit, and attention to detail. /liliApplicants must have the legal right to work in Italy. /li /ulh3Additional Information /h3ulliContract starting from the 2027 season. /liliFull-time availability required, with both daytime and nighttime shifts, from Monday to Sunday. /liliLocal talent is preferred; however, shared accommodation will be provided for non-residents. /liliLong-term prospects with a successful company. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
