About the rolewe are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on and entrepreneurial technical application formulation specialist to support the growth of our personal care business. this newly created position will be responsible for establishing and operating our personal care application laboratory, developing innovative formulations using ingredients from our portfolio of suppliers and strategic partners, and providing technical support to customers and commercial teams across europe.key responsibilitiesestablish and operationalize the personal care application laboratory, defining equipment needs, testing capabilities and operational procedures.build a portfolio of innovative formulations showcasing key supplier technologies.act as a trusted technical resource for customers, suppliers and commercial colleagues, increasing customer engagement through technical projects and application support.strengthen supplier relationships and expand visibility of partner technologies.develop, optimize and showcase innovative personal care formulations using ingredients from our suppliers and partners.create prototype formulations, conduct ingredient evaluations, benchmarking studies and performance testing.reformulate customer products to improve functionality, performance, sustainability, cost efficiency or regulatory compliance.conduct stability testing, compatibility studies and product performance assessments.prepare technical reports, formulation guides, application recommendations and supporting documentation.provide technical advice to customers, support ingredient selection, formulation challenges,
