pWe are on the lookout for a passionate and professional Assistant Manager Reservations to join Jumeirah Capri Palace for the summer season 2027. /ppThe main duties and responsibilities are: /pulliEnsure the delivery of internal and external service, quality, and commercial performance aligned with Reservations KPI objectives. /liliCollaborate with Sales, Revenue, and Hotel Operations teams to maximize revenue opportunities and minimize operational inefficiencies. /liliSupervise and ensure completion of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks related to reservations, audits, revenue, compliance, finance, visas, and group bookings. /liliIdentify and elevate risks related to revenue, finance, and guest experience to senior management for proactive resolution.
/liliMonitor and resolve guest complaints promptly by coordinating with relevant departments to ensure a satisfactory resolution. /liliKeep the department updated with property information, service offerings, new rates, and selling strategies to enhance operational efficiency. /liliMotivate the reservations team to achieve high service levels and operational excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. /liliConduct training for new colleagues and oversee the completion of all business training requirements, ensuring personal development plans are in place for all team members. /liliRegularly assess team performance, provide coaching and feedback, conduct performance reviews, and ensure adherence to KPIs and standards. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
