Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Destination Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our local operations—designing itineraries, coordinating with local suppliers, managing logistics, and ensuring our clients receive world-class service on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

- Operations & Logistics: Oversee daily ground operations, including airport transfers, venue bookings, excursions, and transportation.
- Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors (hotels, transport providers, venues, guides, and restaurants).
- Client & Group Services: Serve as the main point of contact for incoming groups, VIPs, or event organizers, offering on-site assistance and resolving issues swiftly.
- Itinerary Design: Assist in crafting custom itineraries, activity schedules, and proposal packages tailored to client requests.
- Quality & Budget Control: Monitor supplier performance, track event/program budgets,



and ensure all services meet company quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, travel, event management, or DMC operations.
- Local Knowledge: Deep knowledge of local attractions, venues, culture, and logistics in [Region/City].
- Languages: Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills under pressure.
- Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and travel management or CRM software.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, depending on group arrivals and event schedules.
