and Governance to design scalable systems and lead critical Proofs of Concept (POCs).Champion Best Practices: Build robust batch ingestion/validation pipelines using medallion architecture, while enforcing top-tier data governance and observability frameworks.What We Need FromYouProven Management Tenure: 4–6 years of direct people management experience (with around 10+ years total in tech).
