Banca Generali (www.bancagenerali.com), leader private bank in Italy for financial planning and asset protection for clients through a network of private consultants at the top of the sector for skills and professionalism, is looking for a resource to be included in Stage. The resource will join the Governance and Capital Adequacy team of a leading Italian bank in the Private sector, contributing to the analysis of strategic data used for risk management and asset planning. We are looking for a curious, analytical person, passionate about data, interested in understanding how information from different systems is transformed into tools to support business decisions and regulatory compliance (regulatory standards such as CRR/CRD, IFR, BRRD). During the journey, he/she will have the opportunity to work on concrete projects that combine data analysis, business processes and banking regulation. In particular, he/she will deal with:

- Integrate and reconcile data from different corporate information sources, contributing to the construction of consolidated views to support risk analysis.
- Analyze the quality, completeness and consistency of data, identifying anomalies and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop reports, dashboards and monitoring tools for management and control functions.
- Support data governance and data quality initiatives in the Risk Management field.
- Collaborate in the implementation of new European regulatory requirements (CRR3, CRD, BRRD and regulatory developments).
- Participate in the preparation of documentation, presentations and analyzes used in Capital Adequacy and Risk Governance processes.
- Use analysis and programming tools to automate activities and improve process efficiency.

- Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Management Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines.
- Good knowledge of the English language, especially for reading EBA, ECB regulations and European Commission documents.
- Strong interest in banking regulation,



regulatory capital and risk governance issues.
- Full familiarity with Office Automation tools: Excel, Access, Power Point and data visualization tools.
- Excellent knowledge of programming languages: Visual Basic, R.
- Analytical aptitude, attention to detail, ability to synthesize and problem-solve.

Nice to Have:
- Academic or project experience in data analytics, data management or reporting.
- Experience in data management and representation in Power BI.
- Knowledge of relational databases and data querying tools.

During the internship, the resource will be able to:

- Acquire specialized skills in the processes of defining the Risk Appetite Framework, capital management and evaluation of capital adequacy.
- Develop advanced skills in data analysis, management reporting and use of digital tools for monitoring risks and capital.
- Training in the use of AI-based chatbots (MS Copilot).
