qualification and validation of designs through lab testing and field hardware reviewDeveloping solutions using CAD modeling and Drafting supportConducting structural/thermal hand calculations to determine component stresses and life for new products as well as supporting RCAs/NCRsCoordinating global engineering team and facilitate technical discussions within Engineering, Sourcing and the Supply chainLeading outsourcing of engineering work and CBM activities with Service EngineeringPresenting ideas & analysis results through design reviews and drawing sign-offDocumenting all work in design record booksTo be successful in this role you will: Team Leader attitude, able to support development activities outside of individual domain expertise in a multitask and rapidly changing environmentHave 5+ years of experience in engineering technical applicationHave 3D modeling experienceHave FEA experienceHave Experience with Design process and toolsHave Fluency in Italian and English (written and verbal)Have EU work permitWork in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
