Rosewood Rome is seeking an Assistant Director of Engineering to support the Director of Engineering in maintaining luxury hotel infrastructure, safety and presentation.
During pre-opening, you will assist commissioning, handover and developing procedures, then lead hands-on operations when open.
You will manage daily Engineering activities, oversee preventive maintenance, coordinate with other departments, monitor budgets, and ensure energy efficiency and asset protection.
