pAs a key leader within our high jewellery maison, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, ensuring an exceptional client experience, and supporting the overall operational excellence of the boutique. /ph3What are we expecting from you? /h3ulliDrive turnover by maximizing sales and fostering strong customer loyalty, ensuring an exceptional client experience in line with our high standards. /liliOversee product presentation, handle customer disputes, and manage special orders, collaborating with operational departments for smooth execution. /liliSupport the Boutique Manager in leading and developing the team, fostering a positive work environment, managing schedules, and ensuring a strong shopfloor presence. /liliImplement and monitor clienteling strategies, including customer development objectives, gifting, and effective use of sales support tools. /liliManage the financial, administrative, and audit aspects of the store, including cash transactions, stock control, inventories, and after-sales service operations. /liliEnsure compliance with all business practices and procedures, manage general housekeeping, and liaise with House and Group support services. /liliAnalyze commercial and financial performance, prepare weekly reports, and contribute to the business plan for positive impact.
