Job Description

- Oversee daily accounting processes including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and bank reconciliations.
- Develop and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports for accuracy and completeness.​
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.​
- Ensure full compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal financial policies.
- Maintain and develop effective internal controls to safeguard hotel assets.​




- Coordinate internal and external audits, support the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, and closely monitor cash flow and financial performance.​
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the accounting staff to foster professional development and high performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and implement best practices.​
- Collaborate with management by providing detailed financial analysis and recommendations to guide business decisions.​
