Overview
In this role you will strengthen ABB's supplier network by deploying the supplier quality strategy and ensuring robust quality systems. You will prevent issues, drive continuous improvement, and lead root-cause analysis to achieve customer expectations. You'll collaborate with procurement and engineering to ensure supplier compliance and world-class performance. The role offers hands-on audits, KPI oversight, and a focus on sustainable quality across sub-tiers and NPI processes. This is a hands-on chance to shape quality culture at scale.

Promote ABB Quality Wins techniques and continuous improvement with suppliers
Plan and execute supplier technical audits
Monitor and drive actions on Supplier KPIs to protect quality
Plan validation and qualification audits for suppliers and sub-tiers
Plan process audits for Supplier New Product Introduction (NPI)
Develop and maintain the IQMS Integrated Quality Management System
Collaborate with procurement, engineering and other functions to ensure supplier quality requirements meet customer expectations
Requisiti fondamentali
Master's degree in engineering
At least 2 years in a similar technical role
Knowledge of plastic and metallic parts manufacturing and validation
Knowledge of quality control processes, statistical analysis and Quality Wins methodologies
ISO **** / ISO-TS certification knowledge
Excellent communication in Italian and English
