The CNA will provide care based on provider's orders, plan of care, departmental policies and procedures, regulatory guidelines and best practice.




The CNA works under the supervision and direction of the Registered Nurse.
The CNA works to assist in providing a safe and clean environment.
The CNA collaborates with the patient, caregivers and other Hospice IDG members to meet the goals of care.
The Hospice Certified Nurse's Aide collaborates with the patient, caregivers and other Hospice IDG members to meet the goals of care with the consideration of the patient's limitations and personal preferences.
The Hospice Certified Nurse's Aide participates in Holiday staffing.
