/li liLead end-to-end recruitment projects, from role definition and talent mapping through to offer management.
/li liDevelop creative sourcing approaches to attract talent /li liBuild long-term candidate relationships.
/li liUse labour market intelligence and recruitment data to guide hiring decisions and shape sourcing strategies.

/li /ul pIn Italy, the gross annual salary (RAL) for this role is €49,450 to €57,700, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the CCNL Terziario (Confcommercio).
The final salary is determined using objective and gender-neutral criteria, reflecting experience, qualifications and role-relevant skills.
