Project Coordinator Data Center (m/f)Business Unit: Powergen (Fulltime | 40 hours)ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary local point of contact for the parent company's project team, customers, internal stakeholders at Rolls?Royce Solutions Italia, and external suppliers.Support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of project activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.Facilitate effective resource coordination, ensuring team members are equipped to meet project objectives.Identify and elevate risks, issues, and deviations to the Project Manager in a timely manner.Contribute to project cost monitoring and financial administration, including invoice processing, purchase order management, and monthly budget tracking.Ensure accurate and timely management of project documentation, including uploading required materials to customer portals.Prepare regular project status reports and updates for the Project Manager and key stakeholders.Provide administrative and organizational support to ensure smooth and efficient project operations.Track task progress and proactively follow up with team members to ensure adherence to deadlines.Support Project Managers in planning, scheduling,

Excellent knowledge of English and Italian (German is a plus).
