About The RoleThe Programmatic Consultant will join the Media Product & Innovation Unit in Milan and play a key role in the planning, activation, and optimization of programmatic campaigns for clients.
This role focuses on using data, platforms, and evolving technologies to drive measurable business performance while working closely with internal teams and external partners to strengthen dentsu's programmatic offering across digital channels.Key ResponsibilitiesSet, manage, and report on all activities connected with Programmatic Buying campaignsDevelop strategic relationships with internal and external clientsPromote Programmatic adoption internally, with a focus on Programmatic Media (e.G., CTV, DOOH, web radio)Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices, strategies, and solutions within the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, etc.Maintain compliance with all company policies and proceduresRequirementsAt least 2?3 years of experience in media agencies, with solid exposure to online marketing and digital advertising activities, including Display, CPM, and CPA modelsPrevious experience within a Trading Desk is a strong plusKnowledge of the Programmatic Buying ecosystem and of Ad server tracking systemsProficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet tools,
