As a Data Cloud & Marketing Cloud Technical Architect within our Professional Services, you will design and deliver enterprise-grade data management solutions that enable AI-powered use cases. You will act as the data SME, shaping architecture and integration strategies across Cloud ecosystems while partnering with project managers and architects. This role demands clear communication to diverse audiences and hands-on verification of complex solutions.
You'll join a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team focused on high-impact customer success and cross-cloud adoption.
Retribuzione / Benefits
- base salary range: EUR 68,000 to EUR 93,500
- incentive component tailored by grade level
Responsabilità
- Serve as primary Data Cloud subject matter expert to support project delivery and AI-driven outcomes
- Lead the creation of design documents (Blueprints/FSD) aligned with Salesforce best practices
- Design and guide enterprise data architecture with emphasis on governance, security, and privacy
- Provide technical guidance on integration development, EA standards, and environment management
- Lead code reviews and establish coding standards (SQL, SSJS, AMPScript)
- Facilitate executive stakeholder discussions and align technology strategy with business ROI
- Troubleshoot complex customer implementation issues and drive resolutions via risk management
Requisiti fondamentali
- Data Cloud expertise with enterprise use case design and activation
- 2+ years Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio)
- 10+ years in professional services
- Deep knowledge of MDM, data distribution, data modeling, metadata, and lineage
- Strong ability to document solutions and map business processes to technical artifacts
- Experience with API patterns (REST/SOAP) and cross-system integrations
- Technical leadership and ability to lead inter-team discussions; travel 25–50%
- English and Italian language proficiency
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Clear, tactful communication to diverse audiences
