Experience: 1–2+ years An opportunity is available for a PLC Programmer to develop and configure industrial automation software, support system integration, and carry out testing and troubleshooting in an industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop PLC software architectures using CODESYS and IEC 61131-3 standards.
- Configure, optimise and diagnose industrial Ethernet networks, including PROFINET, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP and Modbus TCP.
- Configure and program HMI/SCADA systems and integrate field devices, including inverters, drives and advanced sensors.
- Independently conduct workshop testing of I/O systems and functional logic.
- Support the electrical team with network troubleshooting and diagnostics.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of PLC programming experience,
ideally using CODESYS-based platforms.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Schneider SoMachine/Machine Expert, Beckhoff TwinCAT, Eaton or WAGO.
- Experience configuring industrial Ethernet and fieldbus networks.
- Ability to read electrical schematics independently.
- Familiarity with network diagnostic tools such as Wireshark and IP scanning utilities.
- Good English communication skills for technical documentation and supplier interactions.
Salary The gross annual salary range is €35,000–€40,000 , depending on the position's requirements and candidate experience. Candidates with hands-on PLC programming, industrial networking and automation troubleshooting experience are encouraged to apply.
