You’ll work with smart warehousing, autonomous delivery, and innovative technology that keeps goods moving worldwide. You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a Work Order Processor at JING DONG DEVELOPMENT SPAIN SLU, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately managing the lifecycle of work orders, ensuring smooth operations and timely task completion within our dynamic environment.

Receive, review, and process incoming work order requests from various departments and sources. Verify the completeness and accuracy of work order information, including details, priorities, and assigned resources.



Input work order data into the designated system with meticulous attention to detail.

Communicate with requestors and other teams to clarify work order details or provide updates on status. Monitor the progress of ongoing work orders and update their status in the system as required. Generate reports on work order volumes, completion rates, and any identified issues.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of work order processing procedures. High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in a related field is a plus. Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role, preferably involving work order management.
