Event description We are thrilled to announce the return of McKinsey & Company’s Women Leading the Way event for its fourth edition This exclusive event is to celebrate exceptional women, honoring their achievements and empowering them them to take the next step in their leadership journey. It will take place in person on the evening of 26 November, simultaneously in our Athens, Lisbon, Madrid, Milan, and Paris offices. Here’s what you can look forward to:
• Gain Powerful Insights: Learn invaluable strategies and success tips from the personal journeys of McKinsey’s women leaders.
• Discover the World of Consulting: Get a firsthand understanding of what life as a consultant looks like and how it can shape your career.
• Build Meaningful Connections: Network with like-minded participants and McKinsey consultants across various levels, all in an inspiring and collaborative environment. The event will be held in person and will feature two dynamic parts:
• Panel Discussion with Women Leaders: Hear from a distinguished panel of McKinsey Partners and Senior Partners from our Athens, Lisbon, Madrid, Milan, and Paris offices. The discussion will be moderated by our Global Leader of Talent Attraction, offering a unique perspective on leadership and success.
• Networking Cocktail: Enjoy an exclusive cocktail reception where you can connect with other participants and McKinsey consultants in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere. This is your chance to explore the importance of female leadership, exchange ideas, and build a lasting community of empowered women.

Let’s lead the way together What to expect To be considered for Women Leading the Way, you must be currently based in Europe and have a strong tie with one of the countries involved: France, Greece, Italy, Portugal or Spain. You must also be:
• a Bachelors, Masters, or PhD student graduation no later than 2029 OR
• a professional with up to six years of work experience. To apply, please submit the following by November 12th:
• Resume in English, which should include details of your education and grades, work experience, and extracurricular activities and achievements.
• Transcripts (except if you are studying in a French University) You must send all the required documents to ensure your application is reviewed. For your application consider the following:
• When you apply, you will have the chance to choose up to three office locations.
• It is highly recommendable that you select as first, the office location with which you have the strongest tie.
• The event will be held in English but consider you must be fluent in all local languages for the offices you choose when submit the application. As of November 20th, you will know if you are one of the candidates selected to attend the event.
