As a Mid/Senior SW Integrator & FOSS Manager, you will drive software and system integration for automotive-focused projects while leading Open Source governance and compliance. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, compliant software delivery and to streamline CI/CD processes. You’ll perform FOSS analyses, manage SCA tools, and shape governance strategies to align with Agile workflows. This role offers the opportunity to influence embedded software practices in a fast-growing, international tech environment. - Support software and system integration activities within the project team.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD scripts and pipelines.
- Perform FOSS analysis on software and system components.
- Define and implement Open Source governance strategies.
- Manage and maintain Software Composition Analysis (SCA) processes and tools.
- Collaborate with development, system engineering, and quality teams.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within Agile environments.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Embedded Software projects, preferably Automotive.
- Experience with software and system integration activities.
- Solid understanding of Open Source licensing models and their implications in commercial products.
- Hands-on experience with FOSS analysis and Software Composition Analysis tools.
- Knowledge of version control systems.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Good command of English (B2 level or above).
