Nova Reply is looking for a Software Developer – Rome

Nova Reply, a company within the Reply Group specializing in innovative solutions and system integration, is seeking a Software Developer with strong technical skills and a passion for software development.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze requirements and design innovative software solutions
- Develop, implement, and maintain software applications (web, mobile, backend)
- Collaborate with architecture, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure quality and scalability
- Apply modern development practices (TDD, BDD, code review, CI/CD)
- Participate in system integration projects and microservices development
- Develop RESTful APIs and/or integrate external systems
- Write clear and detailed technical documentation
- Continuously stay updated on new technologies and industry trends

Required Skills:

- Experience in software development
- Strong knowledge of at least one major programming language (Java, Python, Go, C, …)
- Familiarity with modern frameworks and libraries (Spring, Node.js, React, Angular, Django)




- Solid understanding of OOP principles and design patterns
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins)
- Basic knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Ability to work in Agile teams and a problem-solving mindset

Nice to Have:

- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices
- Experience with automation and monitoring tools (Terraform, Ansible, Prometheus)
- Familiarity with automated testing practices (unit tests, integration tests)
- Interest in emerging technologies such as AI/ML, blockchain, IoT
