Renesas Electronics is seeking a Senior Staff Validation Engineer for our new Design Center in Catania. You will join a multidisciplinary global team to validate analog, digital, mixed-signal and power-management ICs, ensuring they meet specs before production.
You will lead validation strategy, develop plans, drive test automation in Python, and mentor engineers while collaborating with Design, Firmware, and Quality to resolve silicon and system issues under aggressive schedules.
