Hologic is seeking an Indirect Markets Regional Business Unit Manager to lead Gynaecological Surgical Solutions across Poland, Israel, MENA, South Africa and Southeast Asia. You will shape regional strategy, drive growth, and coordinate distributor networks while guiding cross-functional teams to accelerate GSS adoption.
The role requires proven leadership of dispersed teams, strong stakeholder influence, and the ability to travel internationally (~40–50%).
