Amazon Inc. Italy seeks an IT Support Engineer to ensure IT infrastructure runs smoothly and to troubleshoot issues across operations. You will work on-site, support end-user equipment and the building IT infrastructure, and mentor IT technicians while contributing to network projects and system improvements.
You'll base at site with travel to other sites, possibly internationally, and collaborate with remote and on-site colleagues. Strong Italian (C1) and English (B2) are required.
