Overview In this role you drive organizational health and employee experience for assigned sites, working closely with field and site leaders to translate priorities into actionable plans. You will push for a safe, inclusive culture and use data-driven decision making to improve engagement and performance. You'll lead end-to-end employee experience initiatives, from feedback loops to recognition programs, while partnering with campus leaders to scale impact.

This position is onsite across multiple Amazon facilities within your region and offers opportunities to shape workplace culture at scale.

Responsabilità
- Facilitate two-way communication channels (Voice of the Associate, roundtables, GEMBA walks) to surface insights
- Lead employee engagement strategies and recognition programs, including budgeting and appreciation activities
- Build a safe, inclusive environment via Employee Resource Groups and equitable talent practices
- Maintain floor presence and capture early disengagement signals through site feedback




- Conduct regular site walks to uphold facility standards and safety programs in alignment with Amazon standards
- Lead cross-site community initiatives and collaborate with Public Policy and Public Relations teams
- Analyze data to identify trends, predict challenges, and implement proactive HR solutions
- Drive adoption of HR technology, AI, and self-service tools while preserving high-touch service
- Coach leaders on performance, development, and employee relations; support change management
- Execute core PXT processes and build trust with business leaders through sound business acumen

Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Fluent English and Italian (verbal and written)
- Experience in human resources or related areas (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing)
- Experience with onboarding, benefits, investigations, training, or talent management
