As the company continues to expand, they are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to join their sales team in Italy.
Job Profile forSenior Sales Engineer
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Deliver engaging and technically accurate demonstrations that showcase solution capabilities, key differentiators and practical business value
- Present to technical and executive audiences, adapting content to customer needs and levels of expertise
- Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand customer objectives, business drivers and security challenges
- Translate customer requirements into effective solution architectures
- Lead workshops that communicate technical capabilities and business benefits
- Manage the end-to-end proof-of-value (POV) and trial process, including scoping, setup, deployment, success criteria and executive handover
- Ensure customers and partners achieve measurable value throughout technical evaluations
- Support and train MSPs,
resellers and OEM partners in delivering demonstrations, trials and technical validations
- Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout partner-led sales cycles, sharing expertise and best practices
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies and competitive positioning
- Provide actionable feedback from the field to refine product messaging and inform product development
- Represent the company at trade shows, webinars, partner events and executive briefings
- Build brand credibility and market awareness through effective technical communication and advocacyy
Candidate Profile forSenior Sales Engineer
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data protection and relevant industry trends
- Experience leading proofs of value (POVs) or technical evaluations with measurable outcomes
- Ability to design and present solution architectures aligned with customer environments and objectives
- Proven ability to deliver engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and client engagement skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and build trusted relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders
