As Sales Account Manager Italy, you will play a key role in strengthening and expanding our presence in the Italian market. You will combine a strategic outlook with a hands‑on commercial approach.
You will lead and support our network of agents, driving growth in both baby specialty stores and large‑scale retail. In addition, you will directly manage and further develop a portfolio of key accounts.
Your responsibilities:
Manage, motivate, and support agents across Italy
Expand our presence in baby specialty retail and mass distribution channels
Manage, follow up, and develop key account relationships
Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts
Monitor sales performance and KPIs
Identify market trends and new commercial opportunities
Collaborate closely with marketing, customer service and supply chain teams
Travel regularly within Italy




Represent the company at international trade fairs and customer meetings
You will translate internal commercial strategies into action and continuously improve the end‑to‑end sales process via our CRM platform (Dynamics 365).
Proven experience in a commercial or sales role (FMCG/retail experience is a plus)
Experience working with agents or distributors
Strong commercial insight and negotiation skills
Proactive, entrepreneurial, and results‑oriented mindset
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
Fluent in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus)
Willingness to travel frequently
