Maya Beach Experience is a unique luxury lifestyle destination on the Sorrento & Amalfi Coast, featuring an exclusive beach club, restaurants and boutique hospitality in a spectacular private bay.

We are looking for a dynamic, organized and guest-oriented Concierge & Reservations Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working with international guests and has excellent organizational and communication skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Beach Club & Restaurant Reservations

Manage direct bookings for Maya Beach Experience and Lido Parthenope.

Handle guest enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and digital channels.

Coordinate reservations with the operational teams.

Hotel Partners & Guest Transfers

Manage bookings received from partner hotels across the Sorrento & Amalfi Coast.

Coordinate guest pick-up and drop-off services.

Communicate with hotel concierges, drivers and transfer providers.

Concierge Services & Upselling

Assist guests staying at Maya hotels with personalized concierge services.

Arrange and promote private boat transfers, car transfers, excursions and exclusive experiences.

Identify opportunities for upselling and additional guest services.

Guest Experience & Customer Satisfaction

Ensure guests enjoy a seamless and memorable experience.

Assist guests throughout their visit and respond to special requests.

Proactively solve problems and coordinate with the different departments.

Collect feedback and contribute to maintaining high service standards.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, concierge or guest relations is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.





Strong organizational skills and problem-solving attitude.

Positive, proactive and customer-focused personality.

Good knowledge of the Sorrento & Amalfi Coast.

Fluent in Italian and English.

Comfortable using booking systems, email and digital communication tools.

Availability to work weekends and during the summer season.

PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITÀ

01 BEACH CLUB & RESTAURANT RESERVATIONS

Gestione delle prenotazioni dirette di Maya Beach Experience e Lido Parthenope, per beach club, ristoranti e servizi collegati.

Comunicazione con i clienti tramite telefono, email, WhatsApp e canali digitali.

Coordinamento con i reparti operativi per garantire disponibilità, conferme e corretta gestione delle richieste.

02 HOTEL PARTNERS & TRANSFER LOGISTICS

Gestione delle prenotazioni provenienti da hotel e strutture ricettive partner della Costiera.

Relazione quotidiana con concierge e reception delle strutture partner.

Organizzazione dei servizi di pick-up e drop-off, coordinando driver,



operatori di transfer e fornitori.

Risoluzione tempestiva di imprevisti logistici e modifiche operative.

03 HOTEL CONCIERGE & UPSELLING

Gestione dei servizi concierge per gli ospiti degli hotel Maya.

Proposta e vendita di transfer privati via terra e via mare, escursioni in barca, esperienze e attività personalizzate.

Assistenza nelle richieste speciali e nell'organizzazione del soggiorno.

Sviluppo delle occasione di upselling e cross-selling.

04 CUSTOMER SATISFACTION & GUEST EXPERIENCE

Monitoraggio della soddisfazione degli ospiti del beach club e degli hotel, con presenza e contatto diretto.

Capacità di anticipare esigenze, gestire proattivamente problemi e reclami e intervenire sui disservizi.

Coordinamento con i reparti per assicurare un'esperienza fluida, curata e senza criticità.

Raccolta dei feedback e miglioramento continuo del servizio.

PROFILO IDEALE

Esperienza in concierge, reservations, guest relations o luxury hospitality.

Spiccato orientamento all'ospite, attitudine commerciale, capacità organizzative e problem solving.

Buona conoscenza della Costiera Sorrentina-Amalfitana e dei servizi turistici locali.

Ottima conoscenza di italiano e inglese; dimestichezza con sistemi di prenotazione e strumenti digitali.

Disponibilità a lavorare nei weekend e nei periodi di alta stagione.

OBIETTIVO DEL RUOLO

Garantire a ogni ospite Maya un'esperienza impeccabile, dalla prima prenotazione fino al termine della giornata o del soggiorno.

La persona selezionata dovrà coniugare efficienza nelle prenotazioni, organizzazione dei trasferimenti, sviluppo dei servizi concierge e attenzione autentica alla customer satisfaction: anticipando i problemi, non soltanto risolvendoli.
