An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Private Household Couple to manage and care for an elegant private estate near Lake Como. This is a hands-on, long-term position for a polished, discreet and highly organised couple who take genuine pride in impeccable standards and seamless service.

- Maintain the main residence and guest house to exacting luxury standards
- Deliver expert housekeeping, laundry, wardrobe care and seasonal property preparation
- Oversee household routines, supplies and contractors with calm efficiency
- Care for outdoor areas, windows, shutters and vehicles, with light garden maintenance

You will be: Fluent in both Italian and English,



with a proven background working together as a Private Housekeeping Couple in a high-end private residence. You will be discreet, pet-friendly, physically fit and confident managing a large property with a traditional, meticulous approach to housekeeping.

Package: A private two-bedroom local apartment is provided at no additional cost.

Salary: up to €6,000 NPM combined for the right experience
