Overview
As AI Platform Architect at Ferrero's Global IT Data & AI team, you will define and evolve the enterprise AI platform strategy and reference architectures to enable secure, governed adoption of Generative and Agentic AI. You’ll ensure interoperability across Azure and other ecosystems, aligning with enterprise principles and cybersecurity. You’ll drive platform standards, guardrails, and reusable patterns to scale AI initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams and technology partners. This role offers a chance to shape Ferrero’s AI platform ecosystem and contribute to open, sustainable multi-cloud architectures.
Responsabilità
- Define and evolve the enterprise AI platform strategy, target architecture, and technology roadmap
- Develop and maintain reference architectures, standards, guardrails, and reusable platform patterns for Generative AI and Agentic AI initiatives
- Govern adoption of shared AI platform capabilities (model access, API management, IAM, agent registration, monitoring)
- Ensure interoperability across Azure and other cloud platforms and enterprise apps; support multi-platform architectures
- Assess emerging AI technologies and vendor roadmaps; translate into architectural recommendations and roadmap updates
- Embed security, data protection, resilience, interoperability, and Responsible AI into platform architecture
- Provide platform guidance during architecture reviews and feasibility assessments; support delivery teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate new capabilities via proofs of concept and convert into reusable services
Requisiti fondamentali
- Solid experience in Platform, Cloud, Enterprise or AI Architecture roles in complex international environments
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and its AI ecosystem
- Experience with Generative AI and agentic architectures
- Understanding of cloud architecture, API management, identity, networking, security, observability, and platform automation
- Familiarity with architectural patterns for model access, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, agent orchestration, tool integration, evaluation and monitoring
- Knowledge of DevOps, MLOps, LLMOps and AgentOps principles
- Ability to evaluate technologies and vendors and communicate recommendations to technical and executive audiences
- Fluent in English and capable of working in international, cross-functional settings
