Overview

In this role you will lead strategic initiatives across the IET Business Segment, delivering unbiased insights, market intelligence, and competitive analysis to inform leadership priorities and long-term growth. You will shape strategic roadmaps for BUs and the IET portfolio and support planning processes to ensure timely, value-added outcomes. You will partner with Corporate HQ and contribute to leadership presentations, including BoD materials. You will manage analyses and threat assessments, working across a cross-functional landscape to drive transformation. This is a high-visibility role in a dynamic energy business with a global scope.

Responsabilità

- Aggregate competitor, operational, and customer intelligence to craft strategic options and roadmaps for BUs and IET as a whole
- Support the strategic planning process (LRP) to keep it timely and value-driven
- Collaborate with Corporate HQ teams (GX, FP&A;,



Corporate Development, Investor Relations)
- Assist in preparing executive presentations for leadership meetings and external forums
- Lead analyses to benchmark performance and deliver timely insights to departments
- Develop and oversee strategic threat identification and evaluation processes
- Handle additional tasks as directed by the IET Strategy Director

Requisiti fondamentali

- Degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics or Engineering, or related discipline
- Relevant experience in strategy, consulting or marketing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to structure ambiguity into clear insights and recommendations
- Strong communication and storytelling skills for executive materials
- Capacity to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Ability to quickly understand the full IET portfolio and build relationships with key stakeholders
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data/AI tools
