Italian-Speaking HSE Consultant | Naples, Italy | 6-Month Contract

Brightsmith are currently seeking an experienced Italian-speaking HSE Consultant to support a major construction project in Naples, Italy.

Position Details

- Location: Naples, Italy
- Contract Duration: Initial 6 months, with a strong possibility of extension
- Rate: Competitive hourly rates, paid in euros (€)
- Sector: Construction / Major Projects
- Language: Fluent Italian

Key Responsibilities

- Provide on-site Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) support across construction activities.
- Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments.
- Review Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) and monitor compliance with HSE procedures.
- Liaise with contractors, subcontractors and project management teams.
- Promote a strong safety culture and support incident investigations and corrective actions.

Candidate Requirements

- Demonstrable HSE experience within construction or major infrastructure projects.
- Fluency in Italian.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations, risk management and site compliance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant HSE qualifications.
