Overview

As Market Access Innovative Director, you steer Italy's market access for Teva's innovative portfolio. You align pricing, reimbursement, and access with European and global aims, translating clinical and economic evidence into payer value. You'll lead negotiations with AIFA and build strategic stakeholder relationships. You shape evidence strategies across development, launch, and lifecycle management to maximize patient access. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on market access execution to help patients access breakthrough therapies.

Responsabilità

- Define and lead the Italian Market Access strategy for innovative products, ensuring alignment with European and global objectives
- Develop and execute pricing, reimbursement, and access strategies to maximize patient access and support business goals
- Translate clinical, economic, and real-world evidence into compelling value propositions for payers and decision-makers
- Lead Pricing & Reimbursement submissions and negotiations with AIFA and other stakeholders
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with AIFA, regional authorities, HTA bodies, scientific societies, and industry associations
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, HEOR, Development,



and Commercial teams to generate evidence supporting value
- Adapt global value dossiers, health economic models, and access tools to meet Italian requirements
- Define local pricing strategies in line with European guidance and Italian regulations
- Develop innovative access solutions (MEAs, risk-sharing models) to sustain patient access
- Provide strategic leadership to ensure access objectives are integrated into key business decisions
- Monitor policy, pricing, reimbursement, and market access developments to anticipate opportunities and challenges
- Champion innovative approaches that improve patient access while delivering value to payers and health systems

Requisiti fondamentali

- Advanced degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Health Economics, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of Market Access experience in pharma or HTA consulting
- Proven success securing pricing and reimbursement for innovative therapies in Italy
- Experience with AIFA and regional HTA bodies
- Experience supporting products from early development to launch
- Experience evaluating BD&L; opportunities from a Market Access perspective
- Fluent in Italian and English
