Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in the Greater Cosenza Metropolitan Area. The Salesperson will greet customers, assess their needs, and provide product recommendations across multiple brands to support informed purchasing decisions. Day-to-day tasks include explaining product features and benefits, handling inquiries, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor. The role also involves monitoring stock levels, assisting with merchandising and in-store promotions, and following company procedures related to pricing, returns, and customer service.



The Salesperson will work closely with the store team to achieve sales targets, support inventory control, and contribute to a positive, inclusive environment for both customers and colleagues. Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability to provide attentive, professional customer service and build rapport with diverse customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal communication and active listening.
• Basic sales and retail competencies, such as handling point-of-sale systems, processing payments, and managing returns or exchanges.
• Organizational skills for maintaining product displays, monitoring inventory, and supporting merchandising activities.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Cosenza Metropolitan Area, including availability for weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours as needed.
• Reliability, integrity, and a proactive attitude toward meeting sales goals and supporting team objectives.
• Willingness to learn about multiple product categories and brands and to stay updated on promotions and store policies.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required; training may be provided.
