At B1 Consultant Ltd, we design and deliver high-profile corporate events, international conferences, financial roadshows, and bespoke experiences for global clients. We are looking for a talented Creative Set Designer to join our team in Milan. Someone who combines creativity, a strong sense of aesthetics, and technical expertise to transform ideas into impactful, functional, and memorable event environments. The Role As a Creative Set Designer, you will be involved in the creative development and technical design of event spaces, stages, conference environments, and bespoke installations. From the initial concept to the final visual presentation, you will work closely with our project management and production teams to bring innovative ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop original creative concepts and set designs for corporate events, conferences, and international projects.
• Design stages, backdrops, event spaces, installations, and immersive environments.
• Produce high-quality 3D models, realistic renderings, and visual presentations.
• Translate creative ideas into technically feasible designs, considering materials, dimensions, lighting, and production requirements.
• Create moodboards, sketches, layouts, and compelling design proposals.
• Collaborate with event project managers, technical suppliers, and production partners.
• Adapt concepts to different venues, client requirements,



budgets, and technical constraints.
• Research new materials, technologies, and design trends to bring fresh ideas to every project. What We're Looking For
• A strong creative vision and a passion for spatial design, scenography, and live experiences.
• Experience in set design, event design, exhibition design, architecture, interior design, or related fields.
• Strong 3D modeling and rendering skills, with proficiency in software such as SketchUp, Cinema 4D, Blender, 3ds Max, Vectorworks, or equivalent tools.
• Good technical understanding of event structures, materials, lighting, dimensions, and production processes.
• Excellent aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.
• Ability to develop concepts that are both visually compelling and technically achievable.
• Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Good command of English. Experience in corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, or live productions will be considered an advantage.
