Every day, it delivers high-quality meals and onboard services to numerous airlines and operates retail outlets and lounges across several airports worldwide. For our locations in Cardano al Campo, we are currently looking for a Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations for raw materials, packaging, consumables, and finished goods within a high-volume food production environment.
• Ensure inventory availability and timely replenishment to support production plans, flight schedules, and operational requirements.
• Oversee stock control activities, including inventory accuracy, cycle counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution.
• Guarantee compliance with HACCP, food safety, quality, traceability, and aviation security requirements.
• Ensure correct storage conditions and stock rotation through FIFO/FEFO methodologies, minimizing waste and obsolescence.
• Coordinate with Production Planning and Operations teams to respond effectively to demand fluctuations and urgent requests.
• Monitor product shelf-life, consumption trends, and inventory performance to optimize stock levels and working capital.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support internal, customer, and regulatory audits.




• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency, service levels, and operational compliance.
• Manage and develop warehouse teams, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational procedures. Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
• At least 10 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain management roles, including substantial experience leading operational teams.
• Proven experience managing complex warehouses characterized by a high number of SKUs, significant inventory volumes, and fast-paced material flows within manufacturing, logistics, industrial, food, automotive, plastics, or similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, ERP/WMS systems, warehouse optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies. Package: Level C National Collective Agreement for Air Transport (Catering Section)
