About the Role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, sales campaigns, digital lead generation, and customer referrals. Your goal will be to build a strong pipeline and convert prospects into customers. ?

Key Responsibilities
• Generate and qualify new business leads
• Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling
• Manage sales campaigns and digital lead generation activities
• Build and maintain pipelines using Salesforce CRM
• Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate sales opportunities
• Collaborate with Field Sales teams and support business growth
• Manage inbound leads from phone and website enquiries ? What We're Looking For
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Inside Sales,



ideally in an international environment
• Strong prospecting and cold-calling experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Resilient, results-driven, and comfortable handling rejection
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
• Native-level Italian and fluent English are required ? Package
