As a Client Executive in Italy, you own the end-to-end relationship, revenue, and account success for strategic Banking and Financial Services clients. You will align OpenText’s portfolio with client priorities, orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver long-term value. You’ll drive multi-year account plans, identify transformational opportunities, and lead executive engagements to accelerate digital transformation. This role centers on shaping outcomes at scale in a fast-changing AI-first environment.
* Act as executive account leader for top Banking & Financial Services clients in Italy
* Own end-to-end account strategy, revenue growth, and long-term client success
* Build trusted relationships with C-suite and economic buyers
* Lead multi-year account planning aligned with client priorities
* Identify and execute growth across AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Information Management, and Business Networks
* Orchestrate specialists, Client Success, Professional Services, Partners, and sponsors
* Drive pipeline growth, whitespace identification, and forecast accuracy




* Lead complex enterprise sales cycles and strategic negotiations across stakeholders
* Proven ability to build trusted C-suite relationships
* Strong leadership, influence, and cross-functional orchestration
* Experience managing complex enterprise client environments and multi-stakeholder organizations
* Success in strategic account planning and enterprise sales execution
* Industry expertise in Banking or Financial Services
* Experience in Information Management, Cybersecurity, Cloud, AI, or Digital Transformation (desirable)
* Consultative selling skills aligning tech solutions to business outcomes
* Experience driving pipeline development and large strategic opportunities
