Experteer Italy seeks a newly qualified to 1 PQE associate to support cross-border corporate and M&A; work. You will draft and negotiate commercial agreements and transaction documents, including share and asset purchase agreements, while advising on disposals, acquisitions and investments in multinational deals.
You will lead delivery of M&A; or commercial transactions, collaborate with colleagues across overseas offices and time zones, and bring an enthusiastic, client-focused mindset.
