The Opportunity Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will lead an established team of three customer service professionals while maintaining and developing relationships with key B2B customers.
The business is looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas, strengthen team performance and help develop a more proactive, commercially aware customer service function.
This is not a traditional sales position. The focus is on delivering excellent service, developing existing customer relationships and driving continuous improvement.
