Kroll is currently seeking a Senior Associate within the Real Estate Advisory Group (REAG), Hospitality department. The successful candidate will play a key role in the execution and delivery of complex valuation and advisory engagements across a broad range of hospitality and real estate assets.
Day-to-day Responsibilities
Performing valuation analyses on a wide range of hospitality and real estate assets utilizing recognized valuation methodologies and industry best practices.
Developing and reviewing complex financial models including discounted cash flow analyses, comparable transactions, market studies and development appraisals.
Conducting in-depth market research, feasibility assessments and benchmarking analyses.
Managing key workstreams of engagements and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality client reports.
Gathering and analyzing information through direct client interaction, site inspections, industry research and market intelligence.
Preparing valuation reports, presentations and client deliverables with minimal supervision.
Supporting business development initiatives through market research, proposal preparation and client relationship management.
Mentoring Analysts and Interns, providing guidance on technical analysis,



financial modelling and report writing.
Collaborating with senior team members on large and complex cross-border assignments.
Essential Traits
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Architecture or related discipline.
Relevant experience within real estate valuation, hospitality advisory, real estate consulting, transaction services or a similar field.
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Solid understanding of hospitality and commercial real estate markets.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
The current salary range for this position is €33,000 to €41,500 .
