DHL Supply Chain is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our Transportation Business Unit, managing and expanding a portfolio of strategic customers operating primarily within the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). The role combines strategic account management with a strong business development focus and ownership of a customer portfolio.

Your Responsibilities

- Manage and grow relationships with key strategic customers, acting as their primary commercial partner.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts and through new customer acquisition activities.




- Lead commercial negotiations, contract renewals, tenders, and proposal development.
- Monitor operational and financial performance, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and business objectives.
- Analyze customer-specific KPIs and drive continuous performance improvement initiatives.
- Partner closely with Operations, Planning, Customer Service, and Finance teams to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers while contributing directly to the growth and profitability of the Transportation Business Unit.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A postgraduate qualification or Master's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management will be considered a strong plus.
- Proven experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or Commercial Management within the transportation, logistics, or supply chain industry.
- Solid commercial acumen and experience managing large and complex customer portfolios.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret business data and translate insights into actions.
- Fluent English.

Salary Range: €50,000 - €57,000 Gross Annual Salary
