We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Manager Area Facilities Management & Material Handling Maintenance

What you will be doing:

Within your remit: manage maintenance internal team, external vendors, contracts to secure safety, compliance and reliability of building and systems that belong to your portfolio; Manage CMMS ensuring full usage related to PM / CM / EM; Perform regular audit together with authorities, team and vendors to monitor properly the status of building and systems; Define and manage full OPEX and CAPEX budget.

Cooperate with other functions in cross-functional projects and initiatives.





Implement processes and procedures in line with corporate standards.

Experience in maintenance of building and material handling equipment and people management.

Experience in assertive communication and escalation management.

Adaptable - comfortable in working alone and be part of a team.
